Bill Miller - Realtor® - St. Augustine
I have resided in St. Augustine since 1999, where I attended and graduated from Flagler College in 2003, achieving a degree in business administration. I began my real estate career in 2003, interning for CB Richard Ellis in downtown Jacksonville, FL; then joining Coldwell Banker Premier Properties Realty Group, in 2009.
With CBPP I have consistently been the top-performing agent since 2012. As my business continues to grow, I have added a full-time administrative assistant and marketing coordinator to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service. My real estate expertise is varied. From working with luxury waterfront properties to investors seeking income property to working with first-time and seasoned buyers and sellers, I can meet all your real estate needs.
In addition, I have been successful in marketing commercial properties and over the past several years have worked closely with builders and developers helping to identify parcels/lots for residential building in development. When I am marketing waterfront properties, I welcome buyers aboard my personal craft for a better view of potential homes as I am also a US Coast Guard licensed captain.
I reside on the Intracoastal Waterways with my wonderful wife, Lindsay, our fish slaying son, Kadyn, and our equestrian loving daughter, Kiyah. In my leisure time, I can be found in or around the water; enjoying the waves in the warm water of St. Augustine, trolling the gulf stream waters for mahi mahi, wahoo, and sailfish, or playing on the beach with my family.

Raised on hard work, trust, and active listening, I applied these values to earning a Business degree with a Finance minor from St. Augustine’s very own, Flagler College. After college, I focused on the real estate industry starting in 2017. As a local real estate expert, I take pride in developing deals that are efficient and effective. My goal is not just transactional success but also to build lasting relationships that make the entire process seamless. To ensure my customer’s success in the competitive Florida market, I maintain a strict 24-hour response policy and understand the importance of accessibility, flexibility, and dedication.
Becki is a Flagler graduate with decades of professional experience in management and administration. She brings her organizational and leadership talents along with a strong customer service background from working within all aspects of the real estate business through 10+ years with Coldwell Banker Premier Properties.
After graduating from Flagler College, Maddie started her career in Graphic Design and Web Design. Her passion for bringing other people’s ideas to life through print, websites, and marketing made her a perfect fit for the crews marketing team.
Lori has been with Bill since 2014 and brings 17 years administrative experience in the real estate industry along with a background in events, marketing, and in public relations. A native Floridian, Lori and her husband relocated to St. Augustine in 2013.
